Take a delightful journey down the coast of California with Winemaker Jeff Cichocki as shares his expertise about Bonterra. Taste wines paired specifically with great dishes, which will surely garner a place at your dinner table!


Welcome Aperitif - Viognier; Butter Poached Lobster Salad with Sweet Corn Pico and Tarragon Aioli paired with Sauvignon Blanc; Grilled Flatbreads with Prosciutto, Wild Mushrooms, Arugula, and Goat Cheese paired with Chardonnay; Garlic-Herb Crusted Beef Tenderloin with Creamed Swiss Chard and Fingerling Potatoes paired with McNab Bio 68 Red Blend; Dark Chocolate Toffee Cheesecake paired with Cabernet Sauvignon.
