It all began in an old tin shed in Shiner, Texas in 1909. Fast forward now--a state-of-the art Brew House that we know today. Founder, Kosmos Spoetzl, would be happy to know every drop of Shiner is still brewed in Shiner, Texas.
Welcome Beer – Shiner Light Blonde; Grilled Shrimp Cocktail with Citrus-Ginger Marmalade paired with Shiner Ruby Redbird; Texas Brisket Chimichangas with Pico di Gallo-Crema paired with Shiner Bock; Homemade Bratwurst with Caramelized Onion-Gouda Fondue and Homemade Pretzel Nibblers paired with Shiner Oktoberfest; Peach Kuchen with Toasted Pecan Crumb paired with Shiner Holiday Cheer.
