Our dietitians share their extensive knowledge and keen understanding of food and nutrition with all of our business areas, departments, and stores. They provide nutritional guidance in product development to our internal buyers, work with our corporate chefs on recipe development, and manage our monthly health content and nutritional database system. They are responsible for managing our Better Choice shelf tags program and Publix wellness icons to help customers achieve their health goals. They also stay on the cutting edge of nutrition guidelines and wellness trends, helping Publix continue to offer the best options for our customers. All of our dietitians are members of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Florida Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Meet Our Dietitians
Our dietitians are registered dietitian nutritionists (RDNs, LDNs), which means they have completed multiple levels of education and training established by the education and accrediting agencies used by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. In addition to earning a bachelor's degree, a registered dietitian fulfills a specially designed, accredited nutrition curriculum, completes an extensive supervised program of practice, and must pass a rigorous registration exam and complete continuing education. Now, meet our knowledgeable and experienced team of Publix corporate dietitians.
